After breakfast, we embark on a guided tour of Kathmandu's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, each showcasing the rich cultural and historical heritage of Nepal.
Our journey begins at Kathmandu Durbar Square, a stunning display of traditional Nepalese art and architecture from the Malla dynasty, which ruled Nepal between the 12th and 18th centuries. Next, we visit Swayambhunath Stupa, commonly known as the Monkey Temple due to the playful monkeys that inhabit the area. This sacred Buddhist site offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley.
We then proceed to Pashupatinath Temple, a revered Hindu pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva, located along the banks of the Bagmati River.
